One Response to “Kiwanians In Action”

  1. Glenda Weaver Says:

I am the VISTA (Volunteer In Service To America) for the Idaho Kinship Project. It is my job to provide information & support to kinship care givers of relative children. Your local group, Relatives As Parents, are mainly grandparents and greatgrandparents raising their grandchildren. The goals are to prevent caregivers from getting into financial difficulties as a result of the children they are raising. It is also a goal to make sure the children are getting all resources available to them so they will have a chance to become self sufficient responsible adults.
I would love to have the opportunity to speak at one of your meetings.
